Q I would like to travel the Alaska Passage from Vancouver to Skagway - but on several small local vessels rather than the usual large liners. It has been suggested to me that perhaps there are mail boats or small cargo boats that make deliveries to towns along the way and can also take a few passengers. Is this possible? A Briggs
